Self-Worth Isn’t Measured by Who You Step On

Self-Worth Isn’t Measured by Who You Step On

Have you ever met someone who smiles—not because they’re happy, but because they enjoy watching others fall?

Sometimes, there are people who find satisfaction not through their own success, but through someone else’s failure.
There’s an emptiness inside them that they can’t seem to fill.
And the only way they feel "worthy" is by making others feel worthless.

Because they can’t rise, they choose to pull others down.
Because they feel small, they put others down just to seem tall.

But the real question is:
How long can you pretend you're winning?
You can lie to everyone around you, but you can’t lie to yourself.
Every night, when the lights are off and you’re all alone... you feel it. The exhaustion.

Here’s one thing I truly believe:

Your worth is never defined by who you step on, but by how far you can walk forward.
With your head held high and your heart wide open—without needing to bring anyone down just to feel above them.

You don’t have to hurt others to feel seen.
Because those who are truly strong never need to make others feel small.
