In the year 2010, during my stay in Bandung, I crossed paths with a fellow resident at the place I was renting. As it turned out, he was an IT enthusiast, and our interactions took an interesting turn when he introduced me to the world of Dota (Defense of the Ancients). Dota had gained significant popularity as one of the leading computer games of that era.
This IT guy became my mentor, patiently guiding me through the intricacies of the game. Dota, renowned for its strategic gameplay, could be enjoyed offline with friends through LAN (Local Area Network) or online over the internet.
