"This is not about addiction.
This is about staying sane, focused, and productive in a world that keeps trying to pull me apart."
I smoke not to rebel, not to impress, and definitely not for show.
I smoke to stabilize my mind, to calm the chaos, and to enter a zone where I can function.
For someone like me—who lives with ADHD and has fought battles that most people don’t even see—
a cigarette, a strong cup of coffee, and a moment of silence can be the difference between collapse and clarity.
This isn't weakness.
This isn't ego.
This is my way of surviving.
People often try to take that away from me—not because they care, but because they want control.
They don’t understand that when I lose this balance, they gain the advantage.
But I’m not here to be controlled.
POD, vape, or cigarette — it’s not style. I don’t care about looking cool.
This is not a trend for me. This is my medicine.
This is how I hold myself together when everything else wants me to fall apart.
I don’t owe anyone conformity.
I don’t need permission to exist in my own rhythm.
Let me breathe. Let me think. Let me be.
